Xo BALAYAGE/HIGHLIGHT SERVICES: All foil services include a customized consultation, bond protector, personalized gloss, and signature haircut and/or blow dry. Please note that all pricing is starting pricing and final cost is based off the amount of work being done and product used. SALON POLICIES 👇🏼 COVID-19: Masks are optional for those fully vaccinated. I am taking every precaution to avoid the spread of COVID-19 by keeping the salon sanitized in between each guest. *If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment* NO REFUNDS: We do not offer refunds of any kind. Deposits are non-refundable. CANCELLATIONS: Your appointments are very important to Ashton Hinn Hair. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require to be notified before the 48 hour mark for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Ashton. NO CALL/NO SHOWS If you do not contact me to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. TARDINESS: Here at Ashton Hinn Hair there is a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Ashton Hinn Hair. CREDIT CARD REQUIRED A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. I require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Ashton Hinn Hair Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file. CONFIRMATION TEXT As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text for your upcoming appointment. However, if you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN/ANIMALS: For the safety and sanitation of my guests, Ashton Hinn Hair does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon. **IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
